Elizabeth Heard NBCR
Elizabeth Heard is a Board Certified Reflexologist, President of the Associated Reflexologists of Colorado, and a longtime resident of Aurora, Colorado. She created a fund raiser in 2010 called Karaoke for Kids-Colorado which raises money for children in The Learning Center at Warren Village in Denver, and in 2007 founded the Water Weigh Down Program which helps people overcome many things such as weight, allergy, and immune issues. She attended Just for Health Enterprises, Inc. in 2002/2003, tested with Associated Reflexologist Certification Board in 2004, and has practiced as a certified Reflexologist since then. She has worked and studied in the natural health/nutrition field since 2000, and attended Denver University’s Bachelor of Business Administration Program in 1997/98. Having been Self-Employed much of the time since 1991, she has much experience in self-directed planning, research, organization, teaching, and administration. It brings her much joy to see the benefits of reflexology in clients ranging from cancer survivors to people with chronic sports injuries and to see in them increased health and vitality. She encourages educating one’s self in order to attain health and healing so that you can then educate and lead others. Working and Managing in the nutrition field has sharpened her knowledge, intuition, and communication skills in regards to health, leadership, and life issues. She has traveled out of the country for volunteer, business, and recreation purposes, practicing reflexology in Belize, Central America. She currently serves on the Aurora Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Board. Elizabeth enjoys singing, acting, dancing, hiking, traveling, and quiet reading in her spare time.
